While we were there we went to see The Arch and also went to a FREE art museum, which did no disappoint. So fun! :)

So, I'm just letting everyone know I'm not dead. :) Here's some pictures of the arch!

Jump on the Layne Train!!

Layne was a trooper this weekend (as well was her brother and gnome, Columbus...who made some random appearances in some of her photos :p) and stuck it through the 50 degree weather to get some great shots for her senior session.  It was impossible for me to get a bad shot of her because she's just so darn adorable!!!!!

Here are some of my favorites from the session.
And Layne, you should get your proof book soooon!!
(I also made you a special collage that I really hope you'll love!!) :D

About your photographer

Hi! I'm so glad you found me!  I am excited to meet you!

Me.

My name is Neely.  I am an on location, natural light photographer located in Southwest Missouri (but am available for travel!). I am married to the most wonderful, wonderful man (who you may get to meet, because he helps with portrait sessions occasionally and with all weddings).

We have one little boy.  He just so happens to be a pretty awesome little kid.  That might be in his genes.  Of which he has one more of than you and I.  So, I guess that makes him extra awesome, huh?

I graduated from Pittsburg State University (Go Gorillas!) with a Bachelor of Science in Technology. My major was Commercial Graphics with an emphasis in Photography.

I love God, my family, graphic design and of course photography. Also, Apple products, baking (but not necessarily cooking), hiking, camping, being outdoors, and reading. I love all things rustic, outdoorsy, and vintage.  Coffee is pretty important, too.  Really important.

My Style.
Life isn't flawless.  Life isn't posed.  Life is scraped knees, untucked shirts, and busy schedules.  I love to capture you, your family, your wedding, and have you see yourself as others see you.  The real you; beautiful, natural, fun, unique, sincere, you! When your friends and family look at the images I have captured for you, I want them to know it's you.  I want them to see and feel the love you have for your family, for your fiancĂ©, for your husband, for yourself, for your life. Because although life itself isn't perfect, your life is perfect for you...and I want to capture that for you. Let's show the world how beautiful natural is.

I love to laugh and be silly.  I will try to make you laugh and be as comfortable as I can when I'm taking your photos.  If you don't like being around someone a little dorky, then I may not be the photographer for you. ;) If you're also a dork, we'll probably get along beautifully. All of my clients are very special to me.  I am honored and grateful when someone chooses me to capture a part of their life for them.  I don't want you to feel like you're a part of a business venture.  I want you to have an experience that feels special and that you enjoy.  Your session (or wedding) is all about you and I want you to feel that way!

Thank you so much for taking the time to check out my work and get to know me.  I'd love to get to know you, too!

Lets be friends!
