Emerson {{Newborn Lifestyle Session}}

It's been almost a month since I took this session and it's even been even longer since my last blog, so I apologize! When I get busy, blogging seems to be my last priority.  But, better late than never.

Here is Emerson's very own blog post. There's even a special appearance by his kitty sister, Quigley.  He's so cute, he deserves it.  I love him and his mama and papa so much!

Wallace Family {{Family Session // Southwest Missouri Family Photographer}}

I met with this awesome family a few weeks ago, mid-January on a very un-January day. It was really pretty and warm outside for the middle of winter! The only complaint I think we all had was the wind was blowing at all the wrong times. Despite that though, we got some great images.

 I do have to say, it wasn't very hard because they were so much fun! I love photographing families and seeing them interact. You can learn a lot about people when you observe them when they're forced to be close together. And this family taught me that they're funny, don't take themselves too seriously, love life and each other. And those are some of my favorite traits in people, so we had a pretty great time!

And I'm sure you'll spy Cheyenne's cute little bump! She and Tyler are expecting their first child, so we got a few pictures of them together. You'll see a sign they made with her name on it. Isn't it so adorable?
